In particular the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia has had positive pre-clinical treatment results. Those results indicate that their antibody can inhibit Neuroblastoma cell growth and lead to cell death. Furthermore, they combined the antibody with Crizotinib and the combination was more effective than either treatment on its own at inhibiting the growth of cells.
Here is a link to an issued patent for an ALK antibody treatment. The document is long and hard to read. It says that it’s antibody treatment can be combined with Crizotinib and it makes Crizotinib more effective.
